VISION

A Society where:

Women and Girls enjoy equality with men and life ensured of safety
Communities cease to tolerate all forms of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and exploitation
State mechanisms at all levels perform more decisively to end Gender-Based Violence

MISSION

Actively promote gender-awareness and understanding of gender issues and gender responsiveness in the larger community/society towards the elimination of gender-based violence and the promotion of gender equality.

GOALS

Accessible and gender-responsive justice system and local government mechanisms;
Increased awareness and responsiveness on gender-based violence among entities and populations reached by GWAVE's programs
Empowered survivors of GBV, especially disadvantaged women, upholding their rights and taking initiatives to improve their lives.
